MEET
THE AUTHOR

Troy Young has over 25 years in the investment advisory business working for companies like Bank of America, and Salomon Smith Barney. He now leads his firm, Destiny Financial Group with a role to advise, counsel, and lead.

 

His clients are upper-income households with incomes of $150,000 plus and investable assets of over $250,000. Through Troy's firm, they design, implement, and monitor customized comprehensive wealth management strategies that provide structure and direction to these individuals and entrepreneurs.

​

He graduated from Howard University with a degree in accounting. He lives in Atlanta together with his wife of over 30 years, Wanda, and their two children.
